Sorry, unfortunately, dogs are not allowed on site. With advice from our Vet the decison has been made not to allow dogs on site. This is because at the end of the year the Maize Maze crop is harvested and turned into winter feed for the lovely Cumbrian Cows and if any dog feces were left in the crop of Maize it can cause the cows to be very poorly.

Also there is very little shade in our car park and so would be unsafe for any dogs to be left in cars. 

We are a no smoking venue.

We ask you to bear in mind that it is a working maize field and so the paths may become difficult if the weather conditions have been poor. Staff will be able to advise you on the best route and a route to avoid the bridge. Please contact us for more information.

The venue opens to the public at 10:30. Last entry to the maze is at 15:45 and the venue closes at 17:00.

We advise that you bring suncream with you as there is limited shade at the venue and within the maze itself. We also suggest an umbrella and wellies/walking boots if the weather has been unfavorable. Sturdy footwear is advised on any visit due to it being an agricultural field the surfaces can be uneven. We also suggest you bring a pen/pencil to complete your quiz sheets.

You will be emailed an order confirmation. This will include your unique booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. We suggest either having your ticket available either digitally (phone/tablet) or printing out the email. This will contain a barcode that will make the check-in process quicker. However, if you are unable to show the information digitally or print out the email you can make a note of the reference number to bring with you when you visit the Maize Maze. 

We are unable to issue refunds, however, please contact us if you wish to cancel and we will do our best to reallocate your tickets, but we cannot guarantee this and as a result, refunds are not guaranteed. 

Once you have purchased a ticket online you will receive a confirmation email containing a barcode and booking reference. Either present this ticket on arrival or show the ticket on your mobile or tablet or make a note of the booking reference number.

If spaces are available tickets may be purchased at our ticket office, however, we cannot guarantee that there will be tickets available therefore we advise booking in advance.

There are no toilets within the Maze itself, they are located in the Fun Zone near the entrance/exit of the maze. We, therefore, encourage you to use them before you enter the maze.
